Pricing & Value

Why is this so expensive?

It is expensive. We cap our roster at 5-10 clients and assign each one a dedicated Personal Producer. That's not scalable, which is why we charge what we do. The question isn't whether it's expensive—it's whether your time is worth more than managing contractors, chasing revisions, and briefing people who still don't get your voice.

Can't I hire someone in-house for this price?

You could. £10K/month gets you one junior employee. But you'd still need to manage them, train them, coordinate with other contractors for video editing, social media, graphics. We're giving you an entire production system with a dedicated producer who already knows how to do this. No management overhead. No coordination. Just results.

What if I can't afford this right now?

Then you shouldn't do it. This only works if the investment doesn't stress you financially. We'd rather you come back when you're ready than commit to something that creates pressure instead of removing it.

Do you offer payment plans?

No. Monthly retainer only. If monthly feels like a stretch, this isn't the right fit yet.

Category 02

AI & Alternatives

Why can't AI do this?

It can. And there are plenty of services offering AI content generation for a tenth of our price. The question is: do you want to sound like everyone else? Because everyone else is using the same AI tools, getting the same generic output. We extract your actual thinking through conversation. Your voice stays yours. If that distinction doesn't matter to you, save the money and use AI.

What about those AI podcast tools I've seen?

Use them. Seriously. If an AI tool gives you what you need, that's great. We're not here to compete with automation. We're here for people who've tried those tools and realized their voice got lost in the process. Or people who know from the start they don't want to sound like a ChatGPT prompt.

Can't I just hire a VA or editor on Upwork?

You can. For £1,500/month you'll get good execution. But you'll still need to brief them, manage them, coordinate with other contractors. We're not replacing an editor. We're replacing your entire content operation. One producer. One team. One relationship. If you're happy managing contractors, Upwork is cheaper.

How is this different from a podcast agency?

Podcast agencies produce podcasts. We produce everything. Podcast, YouTube, social, written content—whatever you need. You're not locked into "being a podcaster."

How is this different from a content agency?

Content agencies manage your content. We become your content system. You're not managing contractors—you're talking to your producer weekly. Everything else happens behind the scenes.

Category 03

Time & Commitment

What if I can't commit to weekly sessions?

Then this won't work. The system is built around weekly extraction. Miss two weeks and we're guessing at your thinking instead of capturing it. If your schedule can't accommodate one hour weekly, we're not the right fit.

Can I batch record multiple episodes in one day?

No. That defeats the entire point. Weekly sessions keep your content fresh and prevent the exhaustion of day-long recording marathons. If you want to batch record, hire a traditional podcast agency.

What happens if I need to miss a week?

Life happens. We'll reschedule. But if you're consistently unavailable, we'll have a conversation about whether this is working. We're not interested in clients who pay but don't participate.

Do I have to commit to a year?

No. Monthly rolling contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We don't trap people. If it's not working, end it.

Category 04

Service & Scope

Can I choose which platforms you publish to?

Yes. That's the point. You tick which outputs you want. Some clients only want LinkedIn. Others want everything. The base service is the weekly interview—what we do with that content is up to you.

Can you help book podcast guests for me?

Yes. Your Personal Producer can research, reach out, and coordinate guests. That's part of their role.

Can you get me booked as a guest on other podcasts?

Yes. Your producer can definitely help with that. We're not a podcast booking agency, but we have relationships with good ones. If there's a specific podcast you want to be on, your producer will work to make that happen. However, if you want 30 cold applications per month to random podcasts, we'll put you in touch with agencies who specialize in that scattergun approach. We're better at targeted outreach than volume spray.

Do you handle the actual posting, or just create the content?

Either. We can deliver ready-to-post content for you to approve and publish, or we can handle posting for you. Your choice.

Can you help with my existing content/back catalogue?

Depends. We're focused on new content creation, but if you have old material, bring it. One thing we can't do: scraping your existing LinkedIn posts or other platforms for historical content. That's against platform terms of service and gets accounts banned. But if you have files, recordings, or documents you want repurposed, we can work with that.

What if I want content more than once a week?

You're thinking about this wrong. We interview you once a week. From that one hour, we can produce 50+ pieces of content. Ten LinkedIn posts. Five YouTube Shorts. Three blog articles. Whatever you need. You could publish 10 pieces a day if you wanted. The restriction isn't our production—it's platform saturation. LinkedIn, for example, works best with one post and maybe one video short per day. More than that, diminishing returns. We'll advise on optimal cadence per platform, but you can have as much content as you want from that weekly session.

Can you help me write a book?

Absolutely. This is exactly how great books get written—through systematic extraction of your expertise over time. We also work with Blue Goat Books, a publishing house that specializes in thought leaders like you. If you're thinking about a book, mention it to your producer. We'll capture the content in a way that builds toward that.

Can you set up a podcast for me?

Yes. That's part of the basic service. Everything we record can be edited into an audio-only podcast, or a video podcast on YouTube if you prefer. Though we find video podcasts don't perform well unless you already have an existing YouTube following. Audio distribution to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.—that's trivial. We handle setup, hosting, distribution. You just show up and talk.

Category 05

Quality & Control

What if I don't like what you create?

Tell your producer. The whole point is that they learn your voice and preferences. If something's consistently off, we fix it or we're not doing our job. But if you're a perfectionist who wants to control every edit, this isn't for you.

Can I review content before it goes live?

Yes. Nothing publishes without your approval. We deliver drafts, you approve, then it goes live.

What if my producer doesn't understand my niche?

They will. That's their job. First few weeks are learning your voice, your expertise, your goals. If after a month it's still not clicking, we'll reassess. But our producers are professional interviewers—they've worked across dozens of industries.

How do I know you'll capture my voice accurately?

You don't, until we do it. First month is effectively a trial period. If your voice isn't coming through, speak up. We adjust. If it's still not working after that, this isn't the right fit.

Category 06

Results & Expectations

Will this make me go viral?

No idea. That's not the goal. The goal is consistent, high-quality content that maintains your presence and authority. Viral moments are random. Consistent presence is systematic. We do systematic.

How many downloads/views should I expect?

Depends entirely on your existing audience. We're not a growth agency. We're a content production system. If you have 50K followers, we help you serve them better. We're not promising to 10x your audience.

What's your success rate?

We don't have one. Success means different things to different clients. Some want thought leadership. Some want lead generation. Some want to stop thinking about content entirely. We're a production system, not a growth promise.

Category 07

Logistics

Do I need fancy recording equipment?

No. Decent webcam and microphone. We'll guide you through setup. We're not looking for studio-grade audio—we're looking for clear conversation.

Can you come to my office for recordings?

Yes, but travel costs apply and it has to make logistical sense. Most clients prefer remote because it's more flexible.

What timezone are you in?

We're remote-first. We'll match your schedule. Sessions are scheduled to work for you, not us.

How long until the first content is published?

48 hours after your first session. Week one we record, week two you're publishing.

Category 08

Exclusivity & Acceptance

What if my application is rejected?

We'll tell you why, if you want to know. Usually it's because we're at capacity, or because the fit isn't right. Not everyone gets accepted. That's intentional.

Can I reapply if I'm rejected?

Yes. Things change. Reach out in 6 months if circumstances are different.

What makes someone a good fit vs. a bad fit?

Good fit: Established audience, genuine expertise, values their time, wants content without operational burden. Bad fit: Building from zero, wants control over every edit, needs guaranteed results, looking for the cheapest option.

Why do you limit to 5-10 clients?

Because that's how many we can serve extraordinarily. We'd rather give 5 clients white-glove attention than give 50 clients adequate service. Quality over volume.
